The approach: starting with the end in mind

If we are clinking our glasses together in a year from your new hire having started, congratulating each other on getting it just right, what outcomes has that person delivered? What did success look like?

Before commencing my search, I work with you to define what a role needs to deliver. Together, we define success.

Then we detail the actions needed to achieve those results, together with the hurdles and challenges the person we recruit will encounter along the way.

In collaboration (don’t worry, I do the heavy lifting on this!), we document all of this in a Success Profile, and then I search for high performers who can execute it.

I seek out proven performers who have delivered results in environments relevant to yours, and who are motivated to do it again.
